Four Corners Musical Theatre Company is proud to present the high-energy, feel-good musical Hairspray at the stunning Sandstone Amphitheatre, running June 12 through July 13. Performances take place every Thursday through Sunday at 8 PM. Tickets are $16–$20 and are available now at farmingtonshows.com.

Set in 1960s Baltimore and bursting with big hair and even bigger heart, Hairspray follows teenager Tracy Turnblad as she dances her way to television stardom and champions inclusivity and change along the way. The show is packed with unforgettable songs, dynamic choreography, and a message that remains timely and powerful.

This vibrant production features many familiar faces returning to the Four Corners stage, including Bryan Songy as the slick and charismatic Corny Collins, Sean McCall as the lovable Edna Turnblad, Matthew Aaron as devoted husband Wilbur, Emma Price as Tracy’s quirky best friend Penny Pingleton, and Sarah Harkness as the scheming Velma Von Tussle.

A New Star in Town: Becca Worthington as Tracy Turnblad

Making her debut with Four Corners Musical Theatre Company, Becca Worthington brings warmth, humor, and powerhouse vocals to the role of Tracy Turnblad. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Becca is a proud member of the Cherokee Nation with Choctaw ancestry and is passionate about telling stories that celebrate diversity and resilience.

“Embodying Tracy as a Native woman is such an honor! Being from a matriarchal society, I was raised by women with Tracy’s confidence and ability to take up space— which made this role so much fun to learn. Getting to live in her joy and heart every night is so rewarding, especially in

this time of uncertainty and hate in the U.S. If we could all see through Tracy’s eyes, the world would be a much kinder place. I hope that the Native community in Farmington is able to come see the show, and I hope even more that they know they are welcome and needed in the musical theatre space. Musical theatre has always been dominated by white people, and the more people of color that are given the opportunity to perform, the richer our culture becomes. As an actor, I’ve worked from coast to coast! I recently worked with Native Voices in LA, where I got to collaborate with creatives from all different tribes and cultural backgrounds. That experience absolutely informs my work as a Native actress to learn all I can and it pushes me to be as inclusive as possible. Thank you FCMT for this opportunity, I promise to be the best Tracy I can be!” says Worthington.

Before the Show: Dinner at the Amphitheatre

Audiences are invited to arrive early and enjoy a casual dinner available for purchase from Clancy’s Irish Cantina, serving hot dogs, burgers, Frito pie, nachos, and other favorites before showtime, making it the perfect way to begin a summer evening under the stars.

Whether you’ve seen Hairspray before or are new to the story, this lively production offers a memorable night of song, dance, and community spirit. Don’t miss it!
