Ozzy Osbourne's former guitarist, Jake E. Lee has been shot, and is currently hospitalized in the ICU in Las Vegas.

TMZ reports that Lee was shot "multiple times" while he was out taking his dog for a walk, and although he is in the ICU, he is "fully conscious and doing well" following the shooting, and "expected to make a full recovery."

In a statement to Fox News Digital, a rep for Lee said, "As confirmed by management, legendary rock guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne, Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) was shot multiple times early this morning in a Las Vegas, NV street shooting. Lee is fully conscious and doing well in an intensive care unit at a Las Vegas hospital. He is expected to fully recover."

Authorities are currently investigating the attack, and according to TMZ, it is not believed that Lee was specifically targeted, and that this incident was "completely random."

Jake was Ozzy Osbourne's lead guitarist in the early '80s, following the death of Randy Rhoads in 1982, touring and also playing guitar on Ozzy album including 1983's Bark at the Moon and 1986's The Ultimate Sin, as well as songs like "Shot In The Dark" and "Killer of Giants."
